Finally Get Relief and Long-Term Freedom from Symptoms of IBS
Your kid is struggling with the divorce, and you're worried about it.
Your ex refuses to cooperate, making even the simplest co-parenting decisions feel impossible.
You live in constant fear of another court battle, unsure of how to protect your child.
Drop-offs and pick-ups are full of meltdowns, tears, and stress—for both you and your child.
You know your child is witnessing too much conflict, but you don’t know how to shield them from it.
You've tried staying calm and being civil, but nothing seems to change.
Drop-off goes smoothly. Your child is calm...smiling even.
Your co-parent shows up —on time, surprisingly— and makes a snarky comment.
But it doesn’t get to you.
You stay grounded, say nothing, and drive away.
No spiraling. No stress. Just confidence in how you handled it.
Your child felt safe.
You feel proud.
And your life...moves on.
We are talking about your kids here. And how they grow up to view romantic relationships, conflict, and communication (and that's just the beginning).
Kids from high conflict families are more likely to have behavior and school problems, and poorer mental health. Without the right strategies, your child may end up feeling overwhelmed, anxious, or confused. They might even need therapy down the line to cope with the emotional toll.
And that's not all...High-conflict co-parenting can quickly lead to costly legal battles, draining both your time and finances without resolving the underlying issues.
Don’t let this continue.
Protect your child’s future, avoid unnecessary conflict, and build a healthier family dynamic.
Learn the system that gives moms the tools to keep their child secure and manage difficult co-parenting dynamics.
You can:
Know exactly what and how to successfully "co-parent" even if your ex is difficult.
Be ready to handle tough questions from your child.
Have a plan for nasty messages, out of line comments, and toxic behavior from your co-parent.
Have different parenting approaches from your co-parent-and rest easy in what you're doing.
Have tangible, real tools to put your kids first.
Know that you can care for yourself, and your child.
Feel less alone.
Step 1: Foundations & Triage
Let's hit the ground running mamas. Right off the bat, you'll get what we call 'Triage Skills' get the quick and dirty skills you need like...right now. Or yesterday. Learn as soon as you can about boundaries, communication and the big no-no's of co-parenting.
Next we'll dive into picking apart your co-parenting plan. Is it really child focused? Where can we improve it? What are the most common mistakes moms make when developing their plans?
Step 2: Helping Your Child Adjust to Divorce
Ever find yourself wondering-do all four year olds do that? Or do all kids who's parents go through divorce ask that question? Learn from an expert in developmental psychology about what to say, what not to say, and what's "normal" in children of divorce, separation and two homes.
After you've got a clear understanding of how YOUR child is actually doing, take a deep dive on co-parenting communication. Managing the tough questions, focusing on your home and stability, and how to do all this while not talking poorly about your co-parent.
Step 3: Big behaviors & Feelings
Finding yourself dealing with sleep regressions, tantrums, meltdowns and more? Bathroom accidents, bad attitudes and fits? We've seen and heard it all and can help with it.
Learn how to manage the wide range of how little kids tell their moms they are struggling. From transition meltdowns to food strikes to co-sleeping to aggression, you'll find validation and strategies here.
Step 4: Keeping Kids Out of the Middle
When things are challenging with your co-parent it's especially hard to avoid putting your kid in a tough role. Learn how to keep them from being the messenger, reporter, confidant, and more in this tough, but necessary section.
Curious about how to handle major differences between the way you and your co-parent handle...well...everything? Master responses to the 'Disney Dad', pushover, spoiling, no rules no bedtime dynamics in your home.
Step 5: Communicating Without Losing Your Cool
You’ll learn the Child-First Communication Framework—a simple approach to keep conversations focused on your child’s needs. You’ll also discover how to set and maintain firm boundaries, even when your co-parent is uncooperative or combative. We dive into advanced strategies for reducing conflict, to keep conversations as neutral as you can.
Step 6: Being the Mom you were meant to be
You didn't think we forgot about you right? Your well-being matters. Not just as a mom, but especially as a mom. Your child deserves a happy and healthy mom. We take a look at how to do that here, through forgiveness, self-care, and preparation for if things get really tough.

About Your Expert
As a mom of two and a Clinical Child Psychologist with over a decade of experience, I understand the challenges that come with co-parenting, especially when emotions and conflict run high. For years, I worked 1:1 with families, but I noticed a growing problem—many parents, especially those navigating divorce or separation, weren’t getting the support they needed for themselves and their kids. That’s when I realized I had to do more.
That's when I moved it online and developed a system that’s grounded in the practices I’ve been using for years with my clients—because I know what works.
Join me and experience how I can help you create a stable, emotionally secure environment for your kids, no matter what’s going on with your ex.

A lot of coaching programs out there focus on DIVORCE. How to manage getting divorced financially, legally, in terms of your wellness, and logistically. There are also MANY programs out there that focus on Co-Parenting. The problem is...they are highly focused on cooperation between parents. And for lots of parents, that's just not the reality of their situation.
This course is highly focused on your child's well-being as you navigate this tough time. Everything we teach is in service of making the adjustment easier on your children. It is JUST about kids and how to parent the BEST you can from two households.
Yep! Dr. Royster personally leads all Co-Parenting Power Hours in a small group format. If you purchased the pay-in-full option and received a 1:1 sessions with her, you will receive a link to schedule with her directly after enrollment.
Yay! That's great news. You should definitely keep working with your therapist. Therapy is very different from coaching, and will feel different. For example, coaching with me will teach you how to manage when you get a horrible text about your child sent to you. Therapy will help you know WHY it bothered you so much and get deep into the root of it. There is a very BIG difference here.
As far as coaching goes, another divorce coach that is working with you ONLY on parenting will be an overlap (and you probably don't need me!) but someone working with you on general divorce can be a great supplement to this program. This program is very focused on parenting specifically.
Yes, there is a guarantee that if you do the program, engage with the material, and work hard you and your kids will come out better for it. We are very confident in this system and have seen it produce great results from families, IF they are ready and will to do the work. Because we give you all the tools you need right away and access to Dr. Royster's expertise immediately, you will not be eligible to receive a refund once the course is purchased. However, if you are unhappy with the product please reach out to our team and let us know if we can assist you.
You can complete all the lessons or modules are quickly or as slowly as you need. The course and modules are designed to be a 'choose your own adventure' -where you can revisit topics and lessons that are more pertinent to you. For example, if your child is struggling with transitions, there are modules specifically designed to help your child with this and you can view them easily out of order! But the TLDR answer to your question is this: You have 3 months access to the video materials and course materials (which you can download and save forever) and 3 months of Co-Parenting Power Hours with Dr. Royster. After that you are welcome to join our membership to continue getting that high level of support. 1:1 sessions with Dr. Royster are best used early in the process, so we allow 3 months from purchase to utilize them.
Before you enroll you can reach us at [email protected]. During the program you'll be able to reach out in our community, drop us an email or hop on a Co-Parenting Power Hour. Both are offered at various points during each week.
This course is designed specifically for individuals who identify as women. It is not intended for fathers, as their experiences and needs in high-conflict divorce situations often differ. Our goal is to create a supportive and safe community for mothers.
If your children are older than elementary school, you are welcome to enroll; however, please note that the course content on prioritizing children’s well-being is primarily tailored to families with younger children.
